Stray Birds is a book of erasure poems extracted by Rabindranath Tagore’s work of the same name. This Nobel-laureate, an icon in Bengali culture and literature, created a collection of 326 small poems/aphorisms on man and nature, from which I have lifted my own personal narrative.
