I arrived at my new home in India at nearly four in the morning. By dawn I welcomed my first houseguest– the dragonfly is a totem for transformation and choice (find previous writings about this in the post linked below). He sat with me on the balcony for quite a while as I moved all around, only inches away.
The following morning, my first human houseguest arrived; a former portrait client from Ohio. We’ve met up before in Kolkata and when I returned to my home state a few weeks ago, I stayed at her mother’s house, on the exact same corner as my former portrait studio.
When synchronicities align themselves in such a way, I take it as reassurance that I’m following the right path.
